HealthFax offers immunization clinics at your work-site or community event.

We offer "Lollipops" at all our immunization clinics.

We offer the following programs:

• Flu Immunization - Needle Method

The flu vaccine is made from dead virus - you cannot get the flu from a flu shot!

HealthFax uses only R.N.s and L.V.N.s to administer the shots - it's the law!

Flu Immunization Eligibility

You will not be eligible to receive a flu shot from HealthFax if:

You have a fever or you are ill.
You have ever had a serious reaction to a flu shot in the past
You are allergic to eggs or egg products
You are pregnant or nursing
You have a history of Guillian-Barre Syndrome
You are under 18 years of age
You are allergic to Thimerisol (preservative)
